ParkRun Tour: Deal

A group of OverRunners made their way to Deal for a bit of Parkrun tourism, tackling the lovely seafront course. The one-lap route is flat and speedy, winding along the coast and providing stunning views of the water which was the ideal setting to keep the legs moving.
Interestingly, we also went to Deal parkrun on the Easter weekend the year before, so perhaps it has become an OverRun tradition now. After the run, we all went to The Stag for a well-deserved breakfast, recharging and having a relaxed chat together. It was a fantastic morning of running!
