East Kent Mind: Mental Elf Run 2025

The Mental Elf Run in Canterbury was a fantastic way for OverRunners to come together and support a brilliant cause, raising awareness for East Kent Mind.
We joined over 300 participants, all turning out in their best Christmas attire, bringing plenty of festive spirit to the streets of Canterbury as we completed a 5K run through the city in support of mental health awareness.
The atmosphere was brilliant from start to finish, with the community really coming together for an important cause. Club founder Harry, even took things up a notch by running the course in an inflatable Santa suit, which definitely brought plenty of smiles along the way!
The event was officially started by none other than Mister Maker, which went down a treat and set the tone for a fun and uplifting morning. After the run, we all treated ourselves to a well-earned breakfast, rounding off a great morning of festive running, community spirit, and support for mental health.
